Welcome to RePsych's Terms and Conditions of Use. These Terms and Conditions are designed to clearly set forth the terms and conditions governing the use of our website and the relationship between our website users and RePsych. We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or services.

Confidentiality 

We are committed to ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to the guidelines and regulations of our governing body. All sessions are confidential, unless there is a clear indication of harm to self or others. We reserve the right to take the necessary action if such an indication is found. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our Terms and Conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy 

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. In the event of a cancellation, rearrangement request without 48 hours notice, or a failure to attend session will result in full session fee to be charged. We understand that emergencies may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Private Policy

Here at RePsych, we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide the services you have requested from us. We will never share your information with any third parties, unless you specifically request us to do so. We also comply with all applicable data protection laws. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Emergencies and Safety

RePsych is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our clients. In the event of a mental health emergency, such as suicide risk, harm to self or others, or safety concerns, please contact emergency services (999) immediately. Our therapists are here to provide support and aid your therapeutic journey; they are only able to do so if you are safe.
